|1 cup almonds, soaked overnight|
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (optional)
1 Date, Pitted (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
|Blend ingredients in a high speed blender. Strain through a nut milk bag. |
Wash out blender and pour the milk back in and add the optional ingredients if desired.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Good for up to 5 days.
|Chocolate Avocado Pudding / Mousse|
|3 ripe avocados|
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup xylitol (I use less)
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup cocoa powder (raw chocolate)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
|Place the avocados and almond milk into a food processor and process until smooth.|
Add zylitol and vanilla and blend- smooth.
Add cocoa powder in batches and blend until smooth.
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
|Zucchini Pasta with Basil Sauce|
|1 bunch Basil or more|
Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon
1/4 to 1/2 cup of grated cheese
Olive Oil to desired thickness - add as you go
Optional: toasted pine nuts
|Spiral the Zucchini, set aside.|
For the basil sauce, blend all other ingredients together. Serve over spiraled zucchini.

1 Tablespoon Nutritional yeast
2 Tablespoon (shy) of whole grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

|1 TBSP Q Tomato Concentrate |
1 cup cold water
1 TBSP Q Nutritional Flakes
1/2 tsp Q EFA Oil Blend
Pink Salt to taste
