Almond Milk
1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (optional)
1 Date, Pitted (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender. Strain through a nut milk bag.

Wash out blender and pour the milk back in and add the optional ingredients if desired.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Good for up to 5 days.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding / Mousse
3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup xylitol (I use less)
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup cocoa powder (raw chocolate)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
Place the avocados and almond milk into a food processor and process until smooth.

Add zylitol and vanilla and blend- smooth.

Add cocoa powder in batches and blend until smooth.

Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Zucchini Pasta with Basil Sauce
1 bunch Basil or more
Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon
1/4 to 1/2 cup of grated cheese
Olive Oil to desired thickness - add as you go
Optional: toasted pine nuts
Spiral the Zucchini, set aside.

For the basil sauce, blend all other ingredients together. Serve over spiraled zucchini.
Alfredo Sauce
1 cup Cashews
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon Nutritional yeast
2 Tablespoon (shy) of whole grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Good with just about anything.
One-Minute Power Food Tomato Drink
1 TBSP Q Tomato Concentrate
1 cup cold water
1 TBSP Q Nutritional Flakes
1/2 tsp Q EFA Oil Blend
Pink Salt to taste
This tasty drink from Premier Research Labs is as energizing as it is refreshing.

Mix the Tomato Concentrate with water. Add Nutritional Flakes and Oil Blend. Add pink salt to taste, if desired.
